Supervision & Consultation

1 hour - $100

I have a true passion for supporting new therapists in finding intention and capacity in their clinical practice. I have been working in the fields of social work and behavioral health for 15 years, a clinical practitioner since 2020, and a clinical supervisor for the past 4 years. I utilize both a feminist and structural approach to my supervision and believe healing is done through connection and authenticity.

Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a licensed clinician with over 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. Originally, I’m from the midwest but have called Colorado home for the last 14 years. I am a dog lover, flower enthusiast and I enjoy spending my free time gardening, reading, practicing yoga, cooking and being outdoors.

My professional journey has been driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves to be seen & understood. Creating connection through authenticity has always been a tenant of who I am both professionally and personally. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for the people I am working with. Should we choose to work together, I hope to hold the space so that you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement, heal from past experiences, and build a fulfilling and meaningful life you feel connected to.

You might be in the right place if you’re the “I’ve got it” woman in everyone else’s life—but lately, it feels like a lot to keep holding. You’re high-performing, self-aware, and probably the one people come to for advice… yet your own thoughts can feel a little noisy (or exhausting). Maybe you’re a new mom wondering why no one talks about this part of the transition, or you’re untangling relationship dynamics that feel confusing, one-sided, or just plain draining—at home or at work. You want support that actually gets it: the family patterns, the communication loops, the emotional undercurrents in couples and relationships. And you’re ready for therapy that’s real, insightful, and maybe even a little bit fun along the way.

I am currently offering in-person therapy services at my office in Northwest Denver and virtual therapy sessions to clients anywhere in Colorado.
