Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a licensed clinician with over 16 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. Originally, I’m from the midwest but have called Colorado home for the last 14 years. I am a dog lover, flower enthusiast and I enjoy spending my free time gardening, reading, practicing yoga, cooking and being outdoors.

My professional journey has been driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves to be seen & understood. Creating connection through authenticity has always been a tenant of who I am both professionally and personally. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for the people I am working with. Should we choose to work together, I hope to hold the space so that you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement, heal from past experiences, and build a fulfilling and meaningful life you feel connected to.

And you’re ready for therapy that’s real, insightful, and maybe even a little bit fun along the way.

I am currently offering in-person therapy services at my office in Northwest Denver and virtual therapy sessions to clients anywhere in Colorado.
